At Above the Reign, all items are made to order. 

Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless an item is faulty or incorrect.

Returns

We do not accept returns for:

  • incorrect size selection
  • change of mind
  • preference

We encourage you to review our size guide before placing your order to ensure the best fit.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To help us resolve this quickly, please include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos of the item

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

If your refund is approved:

  • it will be processed back to your original payment method

  • please allow a few working days for the funds to appear, depending on your provider

Exchanges

As all items are made to order, we do not offer exchanges.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.

Order changes

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations.
